Previously known as a “houseparent,” the Smoky Mountain Children’s Home is seeking full and part-time workers to provide the opportunity to have a positive influence on the lives of at-risk teens in DCS custody.  Free housing, utilities, and benefits are available for full-time day staff.  Must have a heart for working with teens who may have behavioral issues.  Full-time starts at $21.000/year, and Part-time starts at $10.50/hour; both receive a raise after a positive 90 day evaluation.
